Bankruptcy and restructuring

Bankruptcy is understood and assessed differently. Most often, bankruptcy is linked to a business collapse or insolvency of a natural person. For businesses, bankruptcy is not the only solution when a business is in difficulty, but it is an opportunity for a company to preserve and develop its operations, repay its debts, restore solvency, and avoid bankruptcy simply by restructuring its business. The process of restructuring legal entities and bankruptcy of natural persons include both bankrupt parties and parties that were affected by bankruptcy, and therefore we are ready to:

  • In case of companies in the process of bankruptcy and restructure, ensure the protection of company’s rights and legitimate interests before the court proceedings and in court, advise, prepare procedural documents and represent;
  • In case of company’s creditors, duly implement the right of claim both to the bankrupt company and its managers, advise, prepare procedural documents and represent;
  • In case of bankruptcy proceedings of natural persons, advise, prepare procedural documents and represent bankrupt persons, creditor of bankrupt persons, successors of creditor or debtor;
  • Collaborate with bankruptcy administrators in bankruptcy proceedings, litigation related to bankruptcy or restricting proceedings.
