Contract law

Contractual legal relationships include pre-contractual and post-contractual civil legal relationships as well as civil legal relationships involving the conclusion and performance of contracts. Contracts and other legal regulation instruments cannot entirely ensure a comprehensive regulation of all (contractual) obligations and contractual circumstances that may arise only in the future, so there are often disagreements on proper interpretation of contract provisions, contract performance, unfair unilateral contract termination, etc. In this area, our lawyers will help you by:

  • Advising on various matters relating to the conclusion, amendment, performance and termination of contracts;
  • Providing conciliatory mediation services to settle disputes where parties to a dispute, with the assistance of an impartial mediator, seek mutual agreement in accordance with the will of the parties to the dispute;
  • Drafting different types of contracts (purchase and sale, lease, loan, contract, etc.);
  • Providing legal conclusions on various contractual clauses already in place;
  • Preparing procedural documents and representing your interests in settling contractual disputes outside the court and when disputes are referred to court.
