Environment is a system functioning in nature consisting of interconnected components (ground and depths, air, water, soil, plants, animals, organic and inorganic materials) and the natural and anthropogenic ecosystems that unite them, therefore the state exercises a high level of environmental system, the use of natural resources and environmental protection regulated by laws and other regulations.
