Obligation law
The obligations law regulates property and the related personal non-property relationships that arise between the subjects of the law on the transfer of property ownership, the trust right or the temporary use, on the performance of works or the provision of services, damage to a person or property as well as other private legal relationships. In this area, our lawyers:
- Advise on enforcing obligations, transferring debt and claiming to a third party, on the compensation of property and non-pecuniary damage, awarding damages, on traffic accidents, accidents at work, the compensation for unlawful actions of civil servants, protection of patient rights and redress, on disputes with banks or other credit authorities and other issues;
- Prepare legal and procedural documents and represent clients in negotiations, non-judicial proceedings and in court, in disputes arising from non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations and other issues.
