Our team can help you resolve any disputes you may have in relation to your public procurement or can help exercise all of the supplier’s rights and defend legitimate interests:
- Advise on the preparation of procurement documents or bids for public procurement;
- Prepare various legal documents (claims, reclamations and other documents regarding non-compliance of the public procurement organization procedure with legal requirements, regarding determination of the winner of public procurement tender, etc.);
- Prepare procedural documents and represent our clients (contracting authority or suppliers) in court proceedings for public procurement disputes.
