About
Indrė Ašmontienė has been engaged in legal practice since 1988. Thirty-one years of experience helps the assistant attorney daily to professionally solve all legal issues and advise clients based on the importance of these issues and possible changes in the long run. Long-term work has helped Indrė in gaining a wealth of various experiences and has made it possible to look at every legal issue from all sides. This allows her working professionally and creatively. The assistant attorney can communicate with clients freely in Lithuanian and Russian.
Qualification
- In 2001 – received Master of Laws in Vilnius University.
- 1988 to 2001 – court session secretary and adviser in Klaipėda Court.
- 2001 to 2011 – legal adviser and Director of Legal Affairs Department at Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija, AB (KLASCO).
- As of 2011 – assistant attorney.
- As of 2017 – assistant attorney at LEXGATE Tamošaitis and Partners Law Firm.
- In 2018 – granted with the qualification of mediator by the decision of the National Courts Administration.

Family law, employment law, civil and commercial law, insurance law and administrative law. The attorney can also represent the interests of clients in disputes with natural persons and legal entities in civil and administrative cases and specializes in the following areas – corporate law, inheritance, debtors administration, bankruptcy and restructuring, employment law, family law, insurance law, contract law, property law, law of obligations, consumer rights protection, administrative law.
