Family law
The norms of the Civil Code establish general principles of legal regulation of family relations and regulate the grounds and procedure of marriage registration, its validity and dissolution, property and personal non-property rights of spouses, determination of the origin of children, rights and duties of children and parents and other family members, and general provisions of the procedure of adoption, guardianship and care, and civil registration. Since legislation in this area cannot be fully regulated, it is established that when exercising family rights and performing family responsibilities, individuals must abide by the law, respect the rules of living together, the moral principles and act in good faith.
